Description
Used alone as galvanization and as galvanic primer. Replacing and repairing damaged, naturally worn-down hot-dip galvanizing and metallizing. ZINGA Spray is ideal for minor work, repair, and staining on damaged or worn-down hot galvanization.
Scope of Application
Can be used flexibly to repair damaged hot-dip and film-galvanized surfaces.
Substrate pretreatment
Professional substrate pretreatment is a prerequisite for an excellent result. The aim of the substrate pre-treatment is the extensive removal of substances that have a negative impact on the adhesion and duration of protection of ZINGA.
Purity
- 2.5: Oil, grease, dirt, mill scale, rust, coatings, and foreign contaminants must be removed.
- Small areas and non-critical areas can be pre-treated manually. Preparation level: St. 3.
roughness - We recommend a tread depth between Rz 50 and 70 µm and a roughness of Ra 12.5.
- Roughness is not needed when applied to hot-dip galvanizing, metallization, or film galvanizing.
Application
Shake the can well before use. Minimum 30 seconds after loosening the balls. Process the wyderwielder if it is unused for a longer period of time. Spray distance: 30 cm. After use, turn the can over and “spray it out”. Please refer to the technical data sheet.
